Being in the good books

Took a couple off days off work to do some odd jobs
around the house  but I managed to finish them all
yesterday so I was in the mrs good books so me and cole decided to go fishing
on the bullshead for the day today.



After a few little bites cole started catching some nice roach
I wanted him to catch me a small one for live bait so we could
put a pike rod out.



Cole soon caught a small roach which was soon hooked up
and cast out and within 15mins our pike float had disappeared
Cole had first strike on the pike rod which ended up being
this 7lb 6oz pike





All I could catch was bream all day and small bream at that




After catching loads off small fish apart from his pike cole wanted to
catch a bream and trust him to catch the biggest one of the day




We had another great days fishing again and the sun was out all day

Nice 1 Cole, well done mate, and just so you know Stevo odd jobs around the house are never done because before you finish that list the boss already made a new one mentally lol, she just giving you a day off before telling you
