I'm going to make more of an effort to eat more fish (caught when i get the chance or bought) either way i was wondering if any of you could advise me on a good fish cooking book. I'm open minded and willing to experiment with most kinds of fish and ways to cook them. Any help would be great and lots of help.

Thanks as the name says from "clueless"
