Tide - High
Time - Night
Bait - Frozen Lug

I joined Cam for a few hours over high fishing The Maestro Gully.

The usual suspects were here!

A couple of tiny Codling made for some variation, but the story of the night was the Whiting.
Again, good quality fish with tonights biggest going 35cm.

I cut the session short when I lost all feeling in my fingers.
Cam was braver than me and was still there when I left.

I was at Splash Point over high last night , it was the same story there, a couple of dozen fish, mostly small codling with a few decent whiting and just one dab. My quest for a 12 oz+ dab will have to continue, perhaps over low water.

There was a Polish lad fishing down on the concrete apron the last few nights and he was taking every fish he caught in a plastic bag, no matter how small, there`s also a lot of litter around where he was, I don`t know for sure the litter is down to him, but it`s all bait wrappers and rig packets.

Sad news that is, both on the litter issue and the fish.

Everything i've caught this year has been returned, even everybody iv'e fished with has done the same.

I too saw the Polish lad he wanted a 4inch dab for his cat (I think not) I explained that it was illegal. But a waste of time.
