Black Bream marks out of Rhyl harbour

Thinking of having a go at Black Bream in the spring.Are the marks a long way out of Rhyl?
I believe they like rough ground,but looking at the seabed charts,there doesn't seem to be much around Rhyl.
I know there is some rough ground facing the Prestatyn Boat Club,I've fished it for Bass.
Thinking of maybe trying just offshore at Llandulas.
