Launching at Rhyl harbour.

Hello,
I am getting close to the point where I will be able to launch my own boat at Rhyl.
As some of you will have gathered I have a dodgy foot,which stops me helping when launching.
My brother will be along to help,but he is a bit of a Newbie like myself.We both have waders.
Could anybody help out with the Harbourmaster's name and details.
On the first occasion I want a tractor launch.
I have insurance,and will need to register with the council,which I believe the Harbourmaster can deal with on the day.
I'm dying to get out there,this foot is a real pain because of how much it restricts me.
Any help will be gratefully received.

Nice place N-Le-Willows,I lived in Wargrave in the early 60's.Worked at Vicars in Earlestown.
My dad was a design draughtsman at the Vulcan,we had one of the new Vulcan houses that were built in 1960.
