Its just ignorance on there part,however-i too have seen
people taking undersized bass and one of them was not a
"dabbler" he was experienced and a local-i watched him take
the fish into his shelter and not put it back,the way he was looking
over he knew i had clocked him as he hed watched me return fish......
if youre starving with no food in your house i can understand,but
if youre doing it "because you can" youre out of order
