Went out on two dogs yesterday with the madsac lot rain never let up all day lots of ling & cod coming out in a steady stream all day along with some very nice mackerel two very nice haddock & the obligatory pout.First time ive ever used shads at whitby i tried red uns black uns red heads to no avail so swapped to a sidewinder minnow & bingo my first shad caught cod no camera to take pics must remember to get one.All in all a good day apart from the rain. Thanks to john for finding us some fish again
