Had a trip to Point Lynas today with Carl to have a go at some very light fishing fishing
The plan was to fish Amlwch breakwater but when we got there it was to windy for our liking but look what the wind had blown in

Andy Copeland and his crew from the North East
After a quick chat we left them battling the wind and headed to lynas

When we got there it was still windy but better than the breakwater

Fishing from rocks is fast becoming my cup of tea but a mountain goat im not  affraid
Can you see Carl in the middle  Question

How about a close up Arrow

Within minutes we were into fish and although they were small the light gear made it terrific fun  Very Happy

I had some Ballan Wrasse a Tompot Blenny which is a first for me and a Shanny, another first  cheers  cheers

My rod is a Storm 6ft spinning rod 1 - 2oz (cheap as chips) and I had 6lb braid on a tiny reel that Carl lent me Very Happy
My reel is small but Carl's was smaller and was much better suited to the rod so im looking out for my own now Cool
