Plans for a Lagoon

Any one read the article in this weeks Journal, millions of £ to be spent, two company's involved in the tidal lagoon, a mammoth cost to build from Prestatyn to Rhos on Sea, what about the sea fishing brigade in their boats? and what effect will it have on the tide/sand.

Shootingdave1brought this up last September but then it was just a proposal
Is it definitely going ahead

If it is we should get onto the planners now to apply for a sunnyrhyl tea room and private jetty, we could make a fortune ££££££
