starting out with this sometime working boat from Nefyn through transformation to a would be Dee Bassing machine
I've been a little distracted of late,
but I'm delighted to say the new Lady Notbad has saltwater in her blood and with a family history of shrimping and bouy maintenance on The Dee Estuary Anne couldn't be more supportive of my spending time on the other love in my life.
Today was Prestatyn Sailing Club's Sea Safety Day with The RNLI and there was a rush to work through the remaining jobs.
Jason ( Mytime) kindly towed me down there, thank you Jason!
Notbad 1 looks a lot bigger on my drive than when parked next to bigger toys!
The Johnson Seahorse needs a little tweaking yet especially on tickover speed and it wouldn't have been wise to take to the water, but I thoroughly enjoyed the very friendly 50 minute sea check,
I'm delighted to have ticked almost all of the boxes on the RNLI inshore report and will take the advice items fully on board.
I've a few little jobs I'd like to get my teeth into on Notbad 1 over the Winter but in the main its just the engine to fettle now and its cast off time m'hearties!

Congratulations Notbad on "Notbad 1" I have followed your progress with a great deal of interest. Hasn't he done well! Do you think you will get a tip out in her this year or are you planning on next spring. Congratulations also on the pink toothbrush.

We all have hole in various different places that we throw money into ie. Golf, Fishing, Football and many more there called HOBBIES or PAST TIMES and we love them.
