went down to the beach at 9.30 and fished till 1.30 the tide took ages to get to high and then just rushed back down like a train , the weather was nice a gentle breeze no rain and enough cloud to cover the moon perfect i thought but after 4 hours fishing only ended up with 3 knocks missed two but hooked this one went out this morning flat calm had a couple of hours and sacked it as it started to rain and not a bite to be had ,

it was just under 3lb and 49cms long must have been eating well it was a chubby fish
