Tide - Low
Time - Day
Bait: Frozen Lug, Frozen Squid

My last few outings had yielded not a lot on the fish front. It called for the sure fire banker that is affectionally known as the Notbad Gully to stop the run of blanks!

I arrived dead on low. The fishing was dead! No noticeable bites for the following 2 hours.

Upset that the infamous mark had let me down, I reeled on both rods to pack up and go.

Magically, a tubby little Rockling was found to be hanging on to a hook on the beachcaster!

We were unsure as to whether the kids were off school. They weren't as it happened so I had the luxury of an all day free pass:)
