dodging the storm

yesterday me and baz met up with kev for a couple of hours on the dee , only a pin to kev and a fluke to me but we missed the worst of the rain , then at about 5ish kev went home and me and baz carried on up the coast, after gettin some chinese food from llandudno junction we went to have a look at the conwy but decided there was too much rainwater in it so we opted for pen- slipway , it was quiet till high tide then as soon as it started ebbing the bites came , only thing was it as just dogs and whiting with the odd slug aswell, but we had 2 bits of excitment 1 was when 1 of 2 lads from corwen fishing to our left got a conger of about 10 or12 pound, and the other was when I went over on me feckin ankle on the beach [sat here with it strapped now and it,s hurtin like a bitch
