picking up the crew after launching at Rhyl harbour?

Can anyone tell me the procedure?
If I launch at Rhyl,is there a jetty/pontoon that I can pick a passenger up at after I have launched.?
My crew/passenger is a bit old to scramble in the boat on the slipway.
Do I need a key to access the landing pontoon gate?
I will obviously have paid the launch fee and be insured and registered.
If there is a queue when I come into retrieve the boat,where would I position myself in the harbour?
I am not fit enough to take part in launching the boat,so I would have to be in it when it's launched and retrieved.
I will probably get a tractor launch initially,and see the possibilities of a self launch.
If I come to Rhyl once or twice a week in the summer to launch it would be expensive to have a tractor launch each time.
Any advice will be gratefully received.

My advice is get a charter with an experienced skipper and save yourself the hassle and worry of launching/recovering and towing

Seems a shame Dave when I've got a boat.Looks like old age is on a winner.
I think I might have to bite the bullet and pay for the tractor launch.
How do you think I might get on with Simon on a charter,seeing as I have a bit of trouble walking about.?
