Talacre 22/02/18

Popped into Harry’s Tackle  and Bait before last weekend session and he mentioned he was meeting a couple of lads from the shop down at Telacre fishing 7pm until 10pm. Not for me I though I’ll give that a miss!!



Anyway met Andrew, Dave Radcliff and another 7 eager anglers in the carpark on a bitter cold THURSDAY night!!!

Made the walk in the pitch black heading towards the green flashing bouy.

I was fishing 2 rods in search of a monster Dab for the specimen hunt on the WSF site

Had fish from the off plenty of Whiting showing



And Dave catching the only in sized fish of the night out of us two



I caught 20+ Whiting and 3 Dabs but only weighed the one Dab tipping the scales at 2oz!!!

Usually dab city Dyl laaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa ....had some sport though
