Caernarfon landing stage half hour

Stopped off at the landing stage an hour before High a week ago,
Dropped bits of ragworm straight down, just crabs came up.

Another couple of chaps had 6 rods streaming out in the fierce flow and just had massive amounts of weed, dropping our bait straight down in the lee of the landing stage avoided this - and the fish!

Probably would have been better once the flood had topped but we had places to be.

The nipper had fun learning that rag have nippers too!

Slightly off subject but we went for a walk to Beaumaris a couple of weeks ago and I couldn't believe the price the charter boats were charging
It would be cheaper to buy your own boat and have it crewed

They will probably wonder why their business falls flat on it's face.They will run out of mugs eventually.

I priced a holiday on the Welsh Riviera (The Llyn)
They are doing the same thing.It's cheaper to go to Cornwall even with the fuel costs

Unfortunately they don't have any Bending (milk fish)down there:lol!:
