Scorpion King

Fished the Arches over high this afternoon (in fact I've just got back in) with Alan.



Conditions were nice and calm with plenty of movement in the water but it was very cold and my hands are still numb

Fishing was very poor even pathetic with only one fish being caught, a Scorpion fish (By me )

We tried at distance and close in but our frozen lug baits were coming back untouched

The Scorpion fish was caught on a little strip of Squid about fifteen feet out from the sea wall

If anyone can identify which type it is I'd be grateful

It's seems we are now in the quiet period

Great little few hours catch up Dave pity the fish didn't turn up but that's fishing
