If your launching from Prestatyn sailing club I believe the rough ground where the mast sticks up out of the water is a good place but the boating lads on here will tell you better than me

I'm guessing your inflatable isn't one to venture too far out on and there is no need to, plenty of fun to be had on the "rough ground" between the post and to the East of it.

Look at the pics, even the Charter boats aren't far out.

I think the launch fee for non-members is £25 ( I could be wrong) make sure you have adequate safety gear.

if you can get the infletabull to the water then the slip way is not owned/ rented buy the club . the steep one next to the long one is prestatyn sail club. as for fishing low tide out to the first tower a bout 500 yards out and drop back a bout 250 yards, here is some rough ground and fish for smothys and bass.
