A good double result there!

I've been trying the slug-go recently, but they can't touch the wedge for distance.

kev's been using a slug-go aswell recently without any luck. But god loves a tryer.

I found the Slug rigging (with a texposer hook) instructions on the back of the 6 inch and 7.5 inch packets are differently worded but both are less than clear, however the step by step photos in Sea Dangler issue 439 (April 16 to May 13th ) page 7 enlightened me.

I've lost various lures over the shallow shore reefs at Aberystwyth but my Slug-gos (Foxons St Asaph have them) are all intact, which must prove something.
Weed can be a nuisance over these reefs, though the Slugs aren't entirely weedless, especially with a swivel on or worse still with a drilled bullet to increase casting distance
-will have to track down the special shank weights and try those.
