Not been fishing since end of December ,so was itching to go fishing at dinas yesterday !!. Got penmeanmawr an hour before low to pump some blow lug . Soon had fifty nice worm for a four hour session .
While pumping lug ,I got talking to a couble who lived in Holmes chapel right near to where I'm working at the mo ,it's a small world , and he told me an interesting story about ,him diving on a wreak just on the entrance of the meni straits ,he said shoals of bass swim over him ever time he dived there . You always meet interesting people when sea fishing ,I love it !!.
Bait sorted time for tea and drive up to dinas !
Got kettle on at dinas and had half an hour chilling while waiting for it go dark . There was a strong south Eastlie blowing ,the sea state was good and some nice little rollers coming in ,it looked good for an earlie bass !!
Soon had two rods set up with simple running ledger Pennell rigs . First cast doggie blank avoided
Long story short never had another bite all night ,but it was a lovely night to be out and I felt really chilled out !
No bass would be able resist these lol !!
Can't wait till my next session !!
