Bass minimum size ?

Bass minimum size ?
Does anyone know for sure ?
Some say its 36cm i thought it was 41cm but according to the Welsh federation of sea anglers web site its 45cm !!!!

Its 36cm. The confusion may have arisen because some organisations have increased this as they feel that Bass may not have had sufficient opportunity to reproduce at this size.

Our club limit is 45cms to be weighed in in the matches, but if anyone catches one over 36cm they are entitled to keep it, they just cant weigh it in.

This always makes me laugh when I think of it An old angler who catches allot of fish once told me this about any fish if its to big for the frying pan he throws them back because the head + tail burn when cooking
