Me and Ian decided to give the island a go for a change from the Llandudno pier. Ian had an anchoring to catch a wrass. We got our "special" worms from Jokers. Ta Joe, nice worms. So armed with our float gear off we trotted. We fished right out on the end of the harbour wall. We had quite a few fish, all small, and no wrass yet, maybe a bit early for them. Ian had a nice doggy which was the fish of the night. Great company a good crack, a few fish, a nice night.

Ians double header.

Like Steve said, it was a good night. I was looking forward to getting a few on the float rod as usual, but I guess we were there too early !

Sorry for the late repy Mike, but yes it is a Tadpole fish. Acording to Tony (Jenson) it's been a good few years since one was reported as caught in north Wales.
