with riseing fuel costs and living to far from the sea i like to keep the cost down as much as possible. I dont think for one moment some of you lads wold tell me your best crabing spots, because you have found them with hard work and putting the hours in to find them. I have seen tyres in the mud at mostyn towards the ship and i would never touch someones traps , would like some advice where would be the best our at least a half good place to scrape in the mud for peeler on the dee, if i lived by the sea i would set my own traps and put the hours in. ps if i lived by the sea wife would never see me lol

why dont you go down the straits when your out fishing next time and collect a load and freeze them.

as for other people's traps go keep well away. when people start going in my traps i tend to stop using them and put glass in um.
