Splash Point. 17/8/10.

Took the old man out for a couple of hours at the Point this afternoon. High water with a nice little lump on gave me hope of finally crossing the Bass off my species list.

Wormy was there on castwatch duties when we arrived.

Big lumps of lug, rag and crab were sent into the gulley at Parrys corner but to no avail.

I managed to lose a rig and although i had the camera, the memory card remained in the pc at home so no photies im afraid.

We blanked on all 4 rods. A couple of others were fishing the flashy light, one of whom had a weever.

I'm up on Saturday till Thursday, so I'll be posting blanks aswell probably.
Looking at tide times, will be fishing splash point in the mornings from Monday till Thursday.
