| Nice going Paul, were you having a go for flounder and plaice? The tide times are right for around Midday (an hour before and two hours after) at Connahs Quay weds thurs friday. The weather looks ok'ish. I can't make it at the moment, but I'd be there otherwise. Beads,bling,5 0z lead, black lug and mackerel or squid strips. The tide starts slowing down an hour before high, slack water at high, the two hours after high are fishable. |

Been thinking similar but Mostyn but I 've already fished 3 days on the trot! _________________ we call it fishing not catching!

It's either an anklesnapping long slippy yomp over rocks to reach a channel outside the harbour or fish the channel on the easier access ( easier not easy) length towards the Duke of Lancaster aka "The Fun Ship". Connahs Quay would be an easier option. _________________ we call it fishing not catching!
