Venue - Splash Point Tide - High Time - Night Bait - Frozen Lug Date - 14th October 2009
Buoyed by recent reports of 'Whiting Soup' down at Splash Point, I went armed with 1 Rod, a 3 Hook Flapper, a pack of Frozen Lug and an air of expectancy.
2 others fishing nearby had been into a couple of small Whiting when I arrived.
I did have a few knocks but had to wait 2 hours to land what was to be my ony fish of the night. A small Whiting saved my blushes.
