28th on Suveran

Had a short trip on suveran on monday
5hrs went too a mark just off prestatyn
First drop with crab a starry smoothy
About 4lb 2nd drop pulled outta one then another and another had about 6 then swapped bait and rigs lugg on a 3 hook flapper was hitting dabs 3 at a time some good keepers amongst them.
Had a small schoolies bass about a pound and more smoothys think I had 2 bass 30 dabs and a dozen smoothys to 5lb coffee and pasties for dinner
A really nice day out saw 1 bigger bass caught 2to3lb and a boat nearby reported a couple of mackerel cheers andy

The water was still very coloured I think a bit of a calm spell and we should catch from the shore hopefully

Think it's the calm spell that's caused it

Sounds as if you had a good trip lots of fish in 5 hrs well done.

According to the surf forecast,Sunday is going to be dead calm,and the sun will be out.

Let's hope the algae disappears.
