| With mono I change it every 2yrs because I only use it for course fishing so I think 2 yrs is about right. On all my sea fishing reels is braid which I've never changed from putting it on my reels. |

| Haha it's always worth doing mate and it doesn't cost a lot these days with plenty of good quality mono and braid for not a lot of money. |

I've fished all winter on the Mersey with my £5 chinese braid ! Can't recommend it enough and its outlasted my £25 Berkeley whiplash !! |

It's all about affordability mate, £5 instead of £25-30 is a significant saving (Although I won't go for the red again, being a cheap import 1. It leaves red stains on your fingers 2. I now have pink braid !!! lol ) |

| I've got the yellow braid and that's great For £5 delivered from China why can't Our tackle shops import it in bulk then Sell it for £8 or something like that |

| I'm all for that but if I can save £20 on something I will I've only ever bought 3 things from china anyway 2 spools of braid a some crap lures which I don't have now I know ade has braid from china and thinks its decent stuff |

| All reels stripped now for the loading! Plenty of tips there gents all taken on board. Will let you know if I go with the cheap product or keep our economy growing. |
