Spent too long sat in a chair doing nowt useful surfing the web and rehydrating on Sunday.

Needed a leg stretch today.

Monday is supposed to be wash day, so I thought I'd better go and see what was washing up.

Kinmel Bay at Noon for the flood; loads of weed and resolve sapping plastic bags, the wind pushed the tide in quick and as it reached the middle ground I surrendered, and left the kite surfer to it

Driving back over the Blue Bridge noticed they look to be on a new phase of works at the waterside on the upstream side of the bridge.

Further along the prom I thought blow it, have another go and set up on Rhyl beach.

(Must have just missed the new inshore boat's first rescue this afternoon)

Still quite a bit of weed but not so much plastic as earlier, surely there was a silver in the surf table, but I couldn't find it
