Kinmel 14/6/14

There was not a lot of surf but just enough to get me drive from stoke to have a nice session straight after work .

Went chippie first job fuel up ,it was a lovely day arrived on the beach at 6 30 pm just before low pump some lug then fish the first part of the flood .
With it being such a big tide it was linford city ..

Soon pumped enough for the session and some for the freezer

Two hook flapper with size 1.0 ,soon cast into the flooding tide close in to the mini surf ...

First few casts nothing ,then had a good knock !

Nice plaice about 1lb ,was happy with him ,my little Freddie loves plaice so he was coming home with me !!
Then had a little flounder not long after

Then I was joined by hot shot Alan , mid tide now so got set up by a very nice gully for high water,and chilled a bit till the tide came in !!


Long story short had one really good rattle an hour before high ,witch didn't connect ,and Alan saved the blank with a pin , nice to see you again Alan ,not much action but very enjoyable .till next time .....

Driving from Stoke to fish after work makes me feel guilty I don't pop down to the beach of an evening more.

Soon be the Shell Island camping weekend!
