I was out for the third day in a row during my week off, with a trip to Pensarn over high today.

It was cloudy when i left Rhyl, but the sun had come out and it was bright and sunny by the time i arrived. There were a few other rods out who did as well as i did.


I fished 2 rods, both with 3/0 pennels, dropping into a rocky gulley i had reccied during yesterdays low water session here.


The only thing i caught was a few rays.



As i type my face, neck and arms are burning, but there wasnt even a bite to get me excited.

I may be out somewhere tomorrow depending on the hangover after tonights meeting and a few cans at home to help me sleep.

As for the Sunburn, i had the same thing on Sunday at Dock road.

had my back to it but it got my Legs F....n hell.

Gave it a couple of hours there myself over High this afternoon, in front of Castle Cove.

2 rods putting peeler near and far.

fared no better, no bites, quite a lot of weed about ( and I'm burning too!)
