A weeks fishing and no Bass

Went on holiday for a week to Kessingland in Suffolk (been back a week).  It is south of Lowestoft and north of Southwold a very nice part of the country.
Took the fishing gear and had the beach to myself.

Caught lots of Starry Smooth Hounds and nothing else except 1 Whiting.

I was hoping for some Bass but although the beach is well known for it's Bass not a sniff.  Liked it so much that we have booked another week in the middle of July so I will be able to try again then.
