Wasnt going to bother fishing this w/end with snow forecast. but not been able to get out the next few weeks and degs moidering. i gave in.
so off down the island we headed rather than fish local which for the last few weeks has been crap. with only dab's coming out we needed a change.
we headed toward ringbolt from south stack road and upon nearing we could see someone on there so we headed to holyhead coastal path instead.
after a long walk we got to our back up mark and found a nice comfy ledge. set up pulley rigs with glow and fresh worm tipped with squid and maccie giving instant results of pollock all around the 2lb mark. to both me and degs.
then it slowed down a bit and getting silly little bites which turned out to be.
then it went quiet for an hour and after a small bite i get my 1st ever.
then degs with the next 2 casts produce's 2 of these.
and 2nd one.
then on his last cast .
a codling for good measure and at that we packed up and headed home.
and degs aint to good at taking pic's.
