| I have been shore fishing now for over 40yrs (been home in between sessions ) and over the years have found night (dark) better than day light even fishing the storm beaches for bass in rough weather Ive found that darkness fishes best I have over the years fished some deep water marks but still found these fish better at night on the piers Ive found this also, but yet out on boats there doesn't seem to be a problem personally I think its the cover of darkness that brings the fish closer to shore ,but this makes me think as when I am digging bait the pools +gulley's are full of sand eels +crabs ,shrimps, day or night I know that the storms stir the sea bed up and dislodge the food the fish feed on and I have caught loads of bass in these conditions but then why do we still catch more fish in darkness love to hear other anglers thoughts+findings |
