dont know what the make is it is wooden and brass with i think bone handles its 7 ins in diam and not sure what its worth so make me an offer if you want it pm or phone 07970360729 if any one knows the make can you let me know cheers phill

Looks like an early 'Fladen Brassimax' unless I'm very much mistaken. Highly regarded in it's day. Sinbad was brought up on them during the war years!
Hard to put a value on this unigue piece of angling folklore, so I'll let the experts decide.

could be a thing for the antiques road show, just found out its a A mahogany and brass star back fishing reel by A W Gammage of Holburn
