Strait & narrow Empty
PostSubject: Strait & narrow    Strait & narrow EmptyTue Aug 03, 2010 9:02 am

Hi All
The "last of the summer wine gang" Me Phil the Bill and Billyjoe fished at St Marys on the straits, after the walk through the narrow path.
Plenty of crab there for bait freelined from low up, not a bite, thankfully the Mackys arrived, which were good sport on a dexter.
No Bass (or dogs) but Maccy for supper smoked and eaten bt 8pm.
ps Zimmerframes recommended very slippery
Good fun bounce

Its a fantastic place to spend a few hours, even if the fishing isnt hectic.

Better luck next time.
