You may or may not remember I went down to "The smoke" for my birthday in February, and ended up being sneaked in to the back of Buck House.
This time its official !
Me and the Mrs go down on friday, have the day and evening in "the smoke" and when we have had our breakfast on staurday morning we are off to a special birthday party!
Yes, Im off to Buck House again for Lizzies birthday party ! (my mate is a Sergant in the Band of the Grenadere Guards, and has got us proper (expensive mind) tickets, we are even having a meal in the afternoon with her (probably quite a few posh nobs apart from us) !
Anyway, I have to suited and booted all day (you even have to keep your jackets on for the meal, unless its very warm, and then some bloke with scrambled eggs on his lapels orders the room to take off jackets), even then it has to be a long sleaved shirt you wear too !
With any luck the posh stuff will be over soon enough for me to get the jeans and T shirt on in time for the kick off of the England V America game.
So, on to the reason for this post, as I will be entertaining Royalty, can someone please take Glad fishing !
