Yamaha F2.5 Outboard

I am new to this forum, but pleased to be on here.


I purchased a Yamaha F2.5 in August 2021, and apart from its original demonstration it has never been in the water or turned over, This can be proven by its pristine appearance.

I have a brain tumour which caused me not to use the motor

I have someone interested in giving me £700.00 for it.
As i am 66 and not working this is a good offer.

My question is can anyone what I should do to ensure its in good working order after spending all this time in storage.

Or some who can carry this out at a reasonable rate.

Did it come with a first service free deal?
As you look to be in Prestatyn someone at Prestatyn Sailing Club or Rhyl Harbour might be interested in it as an auxilliary???
