Tackle shop in the harbour

Does anyone know if the tackle shop run by the charter boat guys in the harbour (they are members,but Old age is fogging my memory as to their names) is still operational and they are selling bait?
We've not heard off them since the Pandemic.
I've had a vacuum sealed bag of oiled black lug unopened for about 2 years and not got around to using it.Anyone given it a try?
I've had frozen baby squid in the freezer for two years,they are starting to look like salted potato crisps.
