I’m Fishing Talacre Sunday and parking up about 7:30am does anybody know what time they open the barrier for sandy area parking? And do you have to pay for parking there now?

It's been a long time since I was there,so can't help much.
If you can get it up on Google they may have a website.
Is that little area with the shops Talacre?
Tides are getting higher for weekend,good luck.

Just looked it up Dyl,Parking for the day £2.
Couldn't find out when it opens,but seeing as it's pay and display it might stay open day and night.

Don't know about the beach parking, but if you take the last left fork before the end of the "beach road" there is another carpark ( can't recall if there is a barrier)
it must only be a short hop over the sea wall to the beach) you wouldn't be able to see your car once you'd left it though, may be a useful back up place to park.

We parked there a couple of weeks ago, it is free, but it wasn't that early in the morning. I have heard that they don't open it on the biggest tides when the parking area floods.

If it is open on a big tide they may deny who did it
