I lent a spinning rod to a good neighbour, plus a box of lures.
He is a carp fisherman normally. He said he fancied having a go at lure fishing.
I also gave him a bundle of wire traces.
He came back full of apologies because he had tangled all the lures and traces together.
He said he had tried untangling them, but after an hour,he had to give up.
It took me an hour to untangle them.(not without hooking myself on the trebles a couple of times)
I'm thinking of buying some plastic overflow pipe and cutting it into lengths that will take each lure separately.
Using and changing lures is a pain at the best of times, and keeping them separate takes up fishing time.
A purpose made box with lures in pieces of pipe might be a good move.
