How about near the railway station at Abergele?
Great chippie,and parking.
Or Llandulas beach,or where the river joins the sea.
There's a little slipway at Llandulas that isn't used,if you start on the sand you can move back and fish off the slipway when the tide comes in.
we've seen a lot of fish movement there at this time of the year. It's a tackle grabber, but I used a float over the rocks.
There are loads of sandeels swimming round the slipway.
I've seen them fishing near the quarry pier further down towards Old Colwyn.(Bass)
The little river turns tidal as the tide comes in,I've seen the odd fish jump in the river.
There are two places at Llandulas, one you go under the A55 arches, the beach is through the village towards Rhyl and first left after the river bridge. You can fish between the groins.Looks a great spot for digging lug,and there loads of Razor fish.
Good luck, let us know how you get on.(and where)
