First things first I apologise for the utd shirt in this report
I was back out with Simon on board suveran 2 on an 8hr trip with Mark , Ant , Matt and Wez (lads from work) on sunday.
I don't think we could have picked a better day weather wise to be out on a boat trip. We set sail at 10:30am from Rhyl harbour with the lads chomping at the bit to start catching some fish.
After catching an hand full of mackerel a couple of gurnard and a codling for me we decided to moved on to our 2nd mark.
I've never seen people so happy to catch Dogfish (apart from logger )
We did catch the odd huss in between all the doggies
After a few hours we we're on the move again and I didn't take long to catch the first fish once we anchored up
We caught a load of Rays and huss over the next few hours
We had another great trip catching Rays , Huss , gurnard (tub & grey) Dabs , mackerel , herring Whiting , Dogfish between us all
Thanks Si for another cracking trip and for keeping the brews coming

Well done chaps a quick swipe of the tail from a huss or a thorny & them lads without shirts wouldn't have been smiling once saw a guy get a nasty infection that put him in hospital after a huss swiped his leg while he was wearing shorts

Great stuff.
Wish we'd delayed our walk around the Harbour half an hour we'd have caught you coming in
