hi all,Ian and I fished talacre Friday morning\afternoon.Absolutely glorious day with plenty of fish, albeit undersize.A couple of decent whiting.but the absence of any decent dabs a bit worrying,I recall the days when you were certain  of a feed of dabs,Ah well.......cheers

Nice going L,great to be out there I bet.
The last season seemed to hang on until late summer/autumn,maybe there's a change going on with the dabs

Unlucky on the dabs. Think they`re all at Splash Point.

Strange for the lack of decent sized dabs there....nice day to be on the beach though. Cool

Was at Talacre today with 6 friends having a 4 hr match over low and we all caught lots of whiting and dabs ( about 120 fish) . As you say a lot of small ones however we did have a lot of good whiting up to 31 cms and some good dabs up to 29cms which was very fat.
