| Sea Angler Issue 435 Dec 24 to January 21
Been looking forward to this edition, it wasn't on the shelves Tuesday night but I hooked one in Morrisons tonight
On the way to the magazine section I picked up a prepacked squid (the fresh fish counter had been stocked with Christmas wrapping paper!)
Anyway it has a bit of a write up on Llanddulas ( with a tail end ad for Geoff's) and another bit about a Dolgellau bloke's bass from an unidentified N Wales venue, but I could have sworn that last month it said they'd be a feature on The Straits in this one -can't see one, did I miss an edition ?

It wasn't Ian's Bass from the 'Flashy Light' was it? |

It wasn't Ian's Bass from the 'Flashy Light' was it? Funnily enough he is called Ian, and it was a flashing bass on a light cast. If it was our Ian's they've made it look bigger (no change there then!) |

You may not have too Ian. I noticed the other night that the official Flashy Light is not as flashy as it was.(more on than off). 400yds west however, there is another bulb flashing! Hopefully this will attract the less knowledgable and leave the 'hot spot' free. (Unless the fish have moved to the other flashy light that is!) |

- I think the "flashy light" is a rendezvous point for UFO's. We'll all get down there and be beamed up to a mother ship where numerous tests will be performed (don't fancy the anal probe). After the tests, we will be returned and our memories erased. As a thank you, the aliens, who are able to control fish telepathically, will tell the fish to take our bait.
So a good session for all........ If there's fish about, I'm happy to remain blisfully unaware of the bigger picture. The Flash Light does draw you in and I have noticed the hypnotic effect that it seems to possess! |

| I must admit that i went down for a recce the other morning, and no flashy light did concern me.
Not as much as the two and a half hours i couldnt account for between leaving work and getting home, but hey, i like the new limp, so its not all bad! |

| Relax. The light only flashes when Mike plugs his tree lights in. |
