| Cheers Dave, many many years ago when I was a spotty youth at Gwydr forestry school Capel Curig, 3 of us decided for the summer break to go to a forestry course in Southern Sweden. While there we visited the Johnsered factory, they were just starting to get known for chainsaws and we had used one at Gwydr, very similar to the Husqvarna. After the visit one of the managers chatted to us and asked if we were interested in becoming a UK agent for them. The opportunities that could have changed our lives if we had a bit of money and foresight.
I have allways stuck with Husqvarna, especially as we have an agent in town. |

| Johnsered and Husqvarna saws are very similar as in 1978 Electrolux bought them and production of Johnsered chainsaws was moved from Gothenburg to Husqvarna (Sweden). |
