parts from gaz shop

hi am after parts for a sakura gunner 4012 (i need some washers ) for the spool gaz was saying some one had bought parts of him reels a load when he closed he thinks they are from north wales area or does some one no were i can get parts from for sakura reels having a night mare tried france no good or tight line services no good please eny one help
