Another plan B

I should have been on a 10hr boat trip today
with a few work mates who have never been
before. boat

From it looking like we were going to get out
I checked the weather sunday morning to my
horror the wind had picked up and that was it
trip off. Sad

We did have a plan B in place which wasn't the
bullshead but Holyhead breakwater cheers

yes a sea session cheers

after picking some bait and leads up from ABC tackle shop
we where soon at the breakwater.

Another plan B 20160731

The plan was to fish a big bait on one rod and bit bash down
the side with small rods hooks and little pieces of rag. fishing

After an 40mins we started catch on the small rods cheers

The only fish that was landed on the big rods was this small conger eel for me cth

but we did lose another conger and 2 decent fish which we didn't see Sad

After that long walk back we where ready for something to eat and drink cheers

Which finished a great day off. cheers

We all had a good day so not a total loss off a day off work Rock on

Nice to see you getting into a few proper fish and not those silly coarse fish that Cole keeps catching lol!

Well done on the eel stevo great report and some great pics. Is it easy to park the car at the breakwater never fished it bye

It was my first time there Al and there was a bit of a parking area
just before you get on the breakwater. cheers
