With the winter season on the Mersey finished the boats were brought back to Rhyl yesterday and this morning, after telling Ellie the boats were back, she asked if could go fishing before she went to school for the afternoon. With a good forecast how could I refuse!
We set off with my little crew lady taking us out
It was a lovely day to be out and we had to make the most of the hour we had
Ellie was first in with a starfish
But soon she was into the fish with plenty of dabs and whiting showing
And ellie has decided to join us on the specie hunt for the year
We lost count of how many fish we had between us and the short time we had out flew by before we had to go home and get changed for school. A very good session, a proud dad and one very happy little girl
