PostSubject: Braved the storm   Braved the storm EmptyFri Nov 13, 2015 5:24 pm

Got a day of work today so I braved the storm and went mostyn ..arrived at 6 am ..it was bucketing down so fished the far end . And double patted in my car witch was a comfy base lol , and just getting over flue so did not wont to get soaked !! Sheltered from the wind and kept changing my bait every fifteen minutes ..went all out for coddos with one rod on a Pennel size 3.0 big mouth extras mussel and squid baits !!

After three hours here I blanked ! So with rain stopped I went to my high water mark ..

Long story short did three hours here and blanked as well !! .. Prob to much freshwater running through with all this rain .thats my excuse and sticking with it lol ...sorry can't make this report more exciting .. Staying local tomorrow and live baiting on my local canal for pike ..let's hope I have a bit more luck than today lol . Anyway better than laying bricks and had a chilling day ..
Till next time ....
